This week’s recipe hinges on what I was thrilled to find on sale in my local produce section: big bunches of spring asparagus, spring onion, and two fat cucumbers. It’s so easy to get excited about green foods in the spring, and I knew I’d figure out how to best put them to good use in my kitchen.

I ended up with this easy stir-fry.
