Nulato Downtown

Water Plant Renovation Project

The City of Nulato is

requesting bids from a construction contractor to renovate its downtown water plant with costs not to exceed $205,000. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the renovation and upgrade of

existing treatment

facilities, installation of interior wall finishes, painting, installation of exterior wall vapor

barrier, sub-flooring

repair, installation of bathroom fixtures, and washers and dryers.

907-898-2205. Sealed bids will be received by The City of Nulato until Friday until 5:00 PM on May 9, 2025. All bids must be submitted via email with “Nulato

Water Plant Renovation Bid’ in the subject line and must include all required documents as outlined in the bid package. The City of Nulato reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best

interest of the City.
